Shivoo?

Shivoo is a real time tool. It has no pre-work, no postwork. Simply walk into a meeting room (real world or virtual) with your team, open Shivoo and start at SQUIZ together.
Shivoo is deliberately designed to provide four things:

1. Shivoo teaches you how high performing teams develop

The model underpinning Shivoo distills the development of high performing teams into six practices to work on. Now when discussing team performance you and your team – and your wider organization – have a common language. This provides for precision, increased shared clarity, and tighter direction in your work on improving how your team can improve.

2. Shivoo assesses your development

The base function of the tool is to assess your team’s current performance against these six practices (each with two sub-practices). The assessment happens across two different methodologies – a standard mode and consensus mode. The tool produces a snapshot of your team’s current development stage, which you can then compare against your past results, or against the global database (or a subset thereof).

3. Shivoo provokes and elicits discussions you’ve never had before – in real time!

The inclusion of the unique real-time collaborative Consensus Mode will prompt your team to discuss and debate the individual questions within the tool while the team is completing them. The act of working with this tool will kick start constructive debates and encourages your team to deep dive further than they have before.

4. Shivoo partners you on your development journey

The practices underpinning Shivoo are practical. Use your most recent results, along with the trend from your previous results (all available for you to view at any time) to decide which practice or practices you wish to focus on developing. Then take advantage of the tips and hints associated with that practice to develop it. Or partner with a team coach or facilitator to help push you in the direction you need to go.

Importantly, your annual subscription allows you to run a Squiz (assessment) as often as you wish. Generally we recommend re-assessing once every 6-12 weeks to see progress being made and keep the team focused on its development.

Your access to all your previous squizzes, presented in an evolving dynamic animation, lets you see exactly how your developmental journey is progressing.
